The Ingredients

The Day formula contains:

Alpha Lypoic Acid: An antioxidant that helps prevent cell damage and aids in the digestion of carbohydrates (aka metabolism), which generate energy for the body. Its two forms S and R are equally found in mitoManage.

l-carnitine: An amino acid found in red meat and dairy that aids in energy production by transporting fatty acids to the mitochondria. It also keeps toxic compounds out of the cell powerhouse, thus preventing mitochondrial damage. It is shown to improve brain and heart function.

Coenzyme Q: A substance found in high concentration in heart, liver and kidney cells - that aids with cell function and plays a central role in the product of ATP the body’s primary source of energy. It also has antioxidant properties.

L-glutamine: The most abundant amino acid in the body that provides fuel to cells and is particularly helpful reducing stress by transporting ammonia to the liver. It is known to increase mental focus and aid metabolism.

L-argenine: An amino acid that helps determine which blood vessels need to be dilated or constricted to facilitate proper transport and absorption throughout the body.

The Night formula contains:

Vitamin D: One of the most critical vitamins to the body’s digestive function that improves bone health, cellular metabolism, sleep and pain management.

L-Theanine: An amino acid as well as an herbal extract from green tea - shown to have a calming effect, improve brain function and boost mood.

Methylsulfonylmethane: An organic compound containing sulfur - which occurs naturally in foods like cow’s milk, legumes and raspberries that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties to help treat osteoarthritis, high blood pressure and generalized pain, which can all affect sleep.

Melatonin: A hormone found in the brain that is one of the main drivers helping people fall asleep and stay asleep.

Valerian Root Powder: An herbal sedative shown to ease anxiety.

5-Hydroxytryptophan: A naturally occurring amino acid and pre-cursor to melatonin that helps people fall asleep and reach REM. It also helps with satiety, allowing people to feel more full after eating, and thus eat less.

Chamomile Powder: An herbal sedative shown to aid sleep and improve digestion.
