Our Orders will typically ship within 24 hours of the time we confirm your order. Periodically, we will offer special promotions to our customers and prospective customers that will include free shipping.

Domestic Shipping (includes United States and the U.S. Territories*)

If you are offered a promotion for Free Shipping 1. Place your online order* 2. Ship to an address within the United States (including U.S. territories) 3. Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from your order * Your total purchase must reach the designated amount after any discounts are applied and prior to the costs of shipping and tax.

Orders placed Monday - Friday by 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be packed the same day, and shipped as soon as we have confirmed verification of billing information and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (includes United States and the U.S. Territories*)

Our shipping rates will be determined based on the weight of your shipment, where we are shipping and how soon you would like delivery. Your shipping will be calculated in your cart, prior to purchase so that you can see the entire cost of your order prior to making your purchase.

*U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, and the Northern Mariana Islands

Next Day and Second Day Shipping

  • All UPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday by 1:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • All UPS 2-day orders will be delivered in two business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 1:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately at no extra charge via standard shipping when they become available.

Back-ordered items

  • We will do our utmost to expedite the shipment of back-ordered item(s).If we can only fill a partial order-you will have the choice of having the order partially filled, or to wait until the entire shipment can be fulfilled at once. If you choose to have order partially filled, we will charge for shipping on each item as it shipped. Our customer care team will be able to provide you with more specific details related to your pending order.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
  • We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
  • Pre-D Partners strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Here are just a few more little details that we want you to know:


  • Shipping rates are per order, not per package.
  • All UPS Second Day orders placed prior to 4 pm Eastern time will be delivered within two business days, subject to the verifications previously mentioned
  • If we are unable to verify your credit card, that may delay shipping.

For split shipments, you may see two credit card authorizations instead of one. Please rest assured that this is normal, and you are not being double-billed.



Return Policy

Have a Return?

Our goal is your satisfaction! Please remember, that we encourage you to give our products sufficient time

to perform their desired functions in supporting your metabolism; this is generally at least 90 days. You may return items purchased from Pre-D Partners for any reason within thirty (30) days of the product ship date. To receive a refund, you must provide us with a receipt.

For the safety of our customers and associates, we can only accept returns of unopened products.

Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Pre-D Partners reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. To return a product to us: Send the unopened product and receipt to our Returns Department. You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the returned item within the 30 day refund period.
